At no point may you sell, lend, allow or permit access to any other person or persons the download/membership area via your download link, which is for your own use absolutely.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TheMoneyMakersClub.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.

4. Third Party Rights

The provisions of paragraphs 2 (Use of the Service), and 3 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of TheMoneyMakersClub.com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

5. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

6. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

You have a full 30 days to try out this membership and if you are not satisfied with the amount of products added to the membership and/or the frequency and/or the quality of products during your first month, just send me an email and I will cancel your membership and give you a full refund. Please see our terms regarding this below.

Our 30 day money back guarantee DOES NOT cover the following:

Emails sent to the webmaster of The Money Makers Club including, but not limited to, the following DO NOT constitute a refund and is therefore NOT covered by our 30 day money back guarantee:

"I did not know what I was purchasing".

The sales page sets out exactly what you will get for your membership.

"I hit the payment button by mistake".

Hitting the payment button will not make a purchase. You have to log in to your PayPal account and then confirm your payment.

"I get the same things on here that I get on the other membership site that I belong to".

Yes, you probably do and that is because the products on The Money Makers Club have resale rights. Exclusive products created for members may also be on other membership sites but never with the same rights such as PLR. The sales page sets out exactly what you get with your membership at The Money Makers Club.

"I cannot use the products because I don't know how to build a website or set the products up for sale".

There are plenty of free tools and information on the internet that can help you with this. Please do not purchase a membership at TheMoneyMakersClub.com if you intend on selling the products but do not know how to set up a simple web page. You can get a free ebook showing you step by step how to build a website from scratch from here.

If you exercise your right to a refund during the first month of your membership, you will not be allowed to rejoin TheMoneyMakersClub.com for at least a further 6 months. This stops people from joining, asking for a refund and then re-joining again (trying to obtain the content for free).

7. Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States applicable to agreements made and to be performed in the United States. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between TheMoneyMakersClub.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a Crown Court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the United States. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. TheMoneyMakersClub.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. TheMoneyMakersClub.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
